Refund Policy

Jimhalo offers a full refund for full-priced products in case they are received within 15 days of the delivery provided the following.

  • The product isn’t worn out
  • The product is in a resalable condition.
  • The product is returned with its original tag and case.

In case the product is returned beyond 15 days after the delivery or isn’t received in its original condition, Jimhalo will issue a Merchandise Credit that may be used at _______. However, the product must be in its original condition in which it was delivered.

Refund Process

It takes around 2-3 weeks to receive your returned product and to process the refund. Jimhalo will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle.

Refund Terms and Conditions

  1. Jimhalo will not be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. Hence, we suggest you ship the product with a reputed, traceable, insured, and trustworthy shipping carrier. We aren’t responsible for any kind of a shipping fee or an import fee incurred in the return of the product.
  2. Damages to or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 5 days of its delivery. Ensure that you specify the order number, a brief description of the problem, along with a picture of the product.
  3. Jimhalo doesn’t accept responsibility for products delivered to an incorrect address given by the sender. Hence, we strongly recommend you to check your shipping information multiple times and confirm your order only after you are sure that everything is correct.

Warranty and Exchanges

  • Jimhalo offers an exchange only for manufacturing defects encountered within 3 months of the purchase.
  • Warranty doesn’t cover scratches, accidental damage resulting out of general use, fading or peeling of frames, or loosening of screws due to negligence.
  • Mirror lenses are more prone to scratches, cuts, etc. due to everyday use. Jimhalo doesn’t offer an exchange for such natural wear and tear.
