We do our best at jimhalo.com to ensure that all frames and lenses are produced to perfection and the prescription as well as specific needs that our customers request. We are confident that you'll love our product. However, if for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your glasses, you are entitled to a one time, no questions asked return for a refund.For specific details, please refer to the following Return Policy.
1.You have 15 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us for the return.
2. Full purchase price refunded minus 6 USD shipping cost and restocking fee
3. If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping)
4. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund (excluding shipping)
How to Return Your Glasses:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to approve the return.
2. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original, condition, in the original case include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth.
3. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information order number and why you returned the glasses
4. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (jimhalo.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
5. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
6. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
